Returns & Refunds Policy
At Stickeey, each order is made specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong variation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. You may be eligible for a free replacement or a refund.
Request Window
Any issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
How to Submit a Request
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at Info@stickeey.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Our team will review your request and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or provider.
Replacements
In most cases, we will offer a replacement for damaged or incorrect items instead of a refund, as this is the fastest way to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Incorrect size, color, or variation selected by the customer
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at Info@stickeey.com and we will assist you.
